Administrative Manager
Kakira Outgrower Development Fund (KORD) is an NGO and an innovative partnership between Kakira Sugar Ltd and the Busoga Sugarcane Growers Association (BSGA). KORD manages the identification and delivery of infrastructure projects and financial services to Outgrower communities. Its initial focus includes facilitating loans to Outgrower farmers, investing in healthcare facilities, road infrastructure, and projects to diversify Outgrower farmers' activities.
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, competent, and experienced Ugandan national for the position of Administrative Manager.

How to Apply
Reporting to KORD’s Board, which consists of Sugar Factory and Outgrower representatives with overall responsibility for the initiative.
Developing a strategy for KORD that outlines the organization’s approach to meeting the needs of Outgrower farmers and the community.
Providing day-to-day operational leadership for the organization, including managing 2-4 professionals and raising finance from donors and government.
Overseeing project selection and implementation.
Education: University degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance, Agricultural or Social Sciences, or other relevant fields.
Experience, Skills, and Competencies:
Five years of professional work experience as a senior manager in civil society, private, or public sector, ideally within the infrastructure industry in Uganda.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong command of spoken and written English; fluency in a local language is an advantage.
Versatility, sound judgment, maturity, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good reputation and credibility with Local Government officials and the community.
Experience in Uganda’s agribusiness sector is an added advantage.
Age: Above 40 years.
Salary Range: Gross pay between UGX 3.5 million and 5 million.
