How to Apply
Key performance area:
Generate Sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Increase utilization of existing insured, direct billing, and private clients as per set company targets through corporate relations and CSR
Signing on board new direct billing clients.
Selling other company products including but not limited to; vaccination, medical examinations (Medex), and trainings.
Creating Awareness and visibility on existence of the AAR Health Care business in order to increase product uptake and a strong AAR brand.
Meeting set target against each revenue line.
Participating in any other marketing/sales activity organized by the Health Centre Manager.
Conducting Product knowledge development sessions for AAR staff in the assigned location.
Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly activity schedules for planned prospects and activities, call or visit and write an after-sale report and send it to the business development manager.
Maintain proper record of prospects made, activities undertaken, activations done and give a written report every month.
Follow up all service queries for the signed-up clients, plan and attend service meeting, address and provide timely feedback.
Communicate escalated customer issues to the Business Development Manager
Communicate Sales issues, concerns and incidents to the Business Development Manager.
Provide quarterly market intelligence reports to the senior management team.
Targets
Preferably a Degree holder in a Business-related course
A Diploma in Sales will be an added advantage
1 year of appropriate experience in sales and marketing
ICT Competency
Other competencies:
Ability to communicate effectively, good people skills and team player
Pleasant personality, achievement orientation
