Job Description
Head of Social Work -Lead team of 4 Social Workers across outreach, child protection, livelihoods, and teen pregnancy programmes supporting vulnerable communities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 4 Social Workers
- Oversee implementation of outreach and community support programmes
- Manage child protection and case management systems
- Coordinate livelihood and empowerment initiatives for families
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness and impact
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the social work team
- Build strong relationships with community stakeholders and partners
- Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation of cases
