Job Description
Job Title: Individual Life Sales Agent (5 Jobs)
Organisation: CIC Africa Life Assurance (U) LTD
Duty Station: Kampala, Mbarara, Jinja, Mbale and Gulu, Uganda
As an Individual Life Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products to clients, building long-term relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales objectives. The role involves working in one of the designated duty stations across Uganda.

Kampala
Jinja
Mbarara
Gulu
Mbale

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell life insurance products to individuals. Ugandan jobs
Educate clients about the benefits and coverage of CIC life insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed set sales targets within the assigned duty station.
Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow the client base.
Regularly report on sales activities and market insights to management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
