Job Title: Business Analysts (4 Positions)

Reports To: Team Leader, Business Analysis
Supervises: None
Job Purpose
To document and analyse business requirements for new or modified IT solutions aimed at improving business efficiency and productivity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
Analyse requirements and develop system specifications that address customer needs.
Create detailed documentation including business requirement documents, functional specs, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Work with solution architects and developers to propose and prototype effective solutions.
Serve as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and the project team.
Ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements through verification and validation.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm usability and functionality.
Assess risks associated with proposed changes or initiatives.
Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing technical documentation for compliance with Bank standards.
Perform tasks assigned in the system deployment plan (SDP).
Conduct feasibility studies for potential IT solutions.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Analysis and QA Division in support of Bank objectives.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualification
A First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Data Science
Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Service Management, or Quality Assurance are an added advantage
Experience
A minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in IT business analysis or related areas
Age Requirement
Applicants must be between 32 and 37 years of age at the time of application deadline
