How to Apply
Key duties/responsibilities:
Implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel towards attainment of their sales, PAR, Active Associates and client base targets.
Review, approve and ensure execution of marketing route plans.
Ensure early bird sessions are conducted in all Branches, and foster succession planning through employee empowerment and ensure high employee energy levels
Continuous training, mentoring and coaching of sales team in the region
Ensure that Loan rejection rate is below 10% on a monthly basis through continuous review of rejection reports to mitigate repeat /re-occurrence of the same.

Competencies:
Sales Management Skills of Direct Sales; Recruitment; Promotional Skills; Account Management; Customer Service; and Entrepreneurship.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and E-mail
Leadership and supervisory skills
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be added advantage.
