How to Apply
To Develop tools that provide quick visibility of S&D staff and partner commissions
Provide solutions that automate the manual business operational processes like commission calculations for both staff and partners
Provide Insights and analysis on performance gaps and closing them through digitization
Design Data quality management framework, including data quality standards, methods, tools and governance for MTN S&D partners
Building a system by which predictive analytics of performance can be conducted ensuring proactive addressing of performance issues.
Providing visualized analytics to the S&D Management including corrective actions and recommendations.
Conduct market and industry research to stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, computer science, software engineering Statistics, Business computing or related course
Freelance Job Opportunities
Experience:
A minimum 2 years’ experience
Exposure in a Sales Operations environment at a planning level is desirable
Experience in data analysis, report visualization and application development
Skills / physical competencies:

A sense of innovation & ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
