Job Title:  Direct Sales Agent – Home Broadband (14 Fresher Diploma Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Manager – Broadband


To serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

  • Perform physical and online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.

  • Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

  • Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.

  • Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

  • Keeps Sales supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing from a recognized University


Experience:

  • 6 months -1 year working experience in sales industry.

  • Good knowledge of sales and retail industry trends, best proactive retail and service principles


Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Flexibility and Agility in regard to working hours.

  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Communication skills
