Job Title: Laboratory Coordinator – Upcountry

Position Summary
The Laboratory Coordinator will lead and manage laboratory operations across C-Care IMC facilities in upcountry Uganda. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services, maintains compliance with international and national regulatory standards, and drives operational excellence. The coordinator will supervise laboratory staff, ensure test accuracy, and oversee the upkeep and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of diagnostic and IMC laboratories in upcountry locations.
Ensure strict compliance with ISO 15189:2022 and relevant national/international laboratory accreditation requirements.
Monitor and optimize laboratory workflows to improve turnaround times and service quality.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs to guarantee reliable and accurate test results.
