Liaise with agencies and vendors, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timely payment processing.

Prepare and submit daily production reports including commercial output, scrap, attendance, and maintenance updates for all machines to management.

Verify that all records are balanced before close of business each day and promptly report any discrepancies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencer communities including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Contractors, and major End-Users (e.g., Government Agencies, Foreign Investors, Export Clients).

Safely transport materials and personnel to designated locations and Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the vehicle is in good condition.

The IT Assistant will support the IT department in maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure and IT systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the company.

Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and conduct quality checks periodically.
