Lead the operational risk function for NCBA Bank Uganda by developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust operational risk framework.

The main purpose of the role is to effectively manage the General Ledgers that form the primary source of financial information for the bank.

To offer required support to assigned units/ departments with the purpose of learning and consolidating knowledge through shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings

To perform independent, objective assessments of the Bank’s internal control systems, risk management, governance processes and compliance with regulations.

To provide support to Executive Leadership to develop and implement the Bank strategies, identify and implement strategic initiatives, lead organisational change and communication, drive strategic performance in order to achieve strategic results for sustainable stakeholder value.

The Systems Administrator role is to evaluate, implement and support the High end and Mid- Range IT Infrastructure in line with Bank’s Vision and provisioning Highly Available Server infrastructure for the Critical Server systems.

To process trade services transactions (Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Documentary collection, Invoice/Bills/cheque Discounting, etc) and swift transactions

Manage a portfolio of corporate customers; serve as their primary point of contact and financial advisor as well as prospect and acquire new corporate customers to grow the Bank’s revenue and share of wallet for the assigned portfolio in line with the Bank’s strategy.

Provide product solutions and developments, support revenue generation, coordinate sales initiatives with ALL Corporate and SME Relationship Managers, Personal Banking Relationship Managers, Officers, Branch Business Managers and provide support

The Databases Administrator role is to design, plan, implement and support the databases in the organisation, and the related infrastructure.

To acquire and service clients within the Premier Banking segment, customise as appropriate the customer value proposition designed for the segment, incorporating solutions that holistically address the clients’ short- and long-term objectives.

The Credit Processing Officer ensures that credit applications are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with NCBA’s credit policies and regulatory requirements.
