The objective of the assignment is to evaluate progress, outcomes, challenges, and sustainability, and to provide recommendations for the development of the next sector-wide digitalization plan (2026–2030).

The Programme Lead engages with internal and external functions to develop, implement, and manage large/innovative programs

The Procurement Specialist will closely work with the program teams to identify the procurement needs of the offices and implement the necessary procurement steps

The Monitoring and Reporting Associate works to collect and analyze all data to ensure the Country Office is evaluated as best as possible and highlight areas that need improvement.

The Programme Lead represents IDLO with Partners, IDLO HQ staff and Government officials, technical advisors, experts, donors, and civil society.

S/he will support financial management in the country office.

Ensure the timely preparation and submission of all financial information, reports, and documentation, including monthly Program financial forecast, year-end closing of books, etc.

Submit a final evaluation report to IDLO capturing key aspects of the required content as listed above.

Prepare and present findings of the evaluation to the technical team from the Uganda Police and IDLO.
