Serve refreshments to the Authority members on the days of meetings and attending to other visitors of the organization.

Take care of the safety of staff and control ERA's expenditure by switching off electrical appliances in open areas every day as by given regulations.

Maintain reliability of the ICT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting.

Storage, analysis and presentation of geographical information; creating and maintaining the structures necessary for GIS data storage;

Participate in the development of work plans & budgets for projects unit and the Technical Regulation Department

Maintain an accurate record of all motor vehicle log books, driving licensees of Transport Facilitators and ensure timely renewal of licensees and insurance,

On consultation with the Unit head, determine complaints that need to be investigated and seek support from the relevant departments

Implement vehicle maintenance schedules in line with the manufacturer’s and related departmental standards.

Undertake the review and analysis of investment plans and conduct the verification of investments undertaken by licensees.
