Ensuring that diagnosis of items is done within 24hrs of receipt and repair done within 72 hrs maximum after collecting 50% deposit for repairing the item, if not covered under warranty.

Providing technical direction and on-the-job training and share technical Skills to other Technicians of the company.

Confirming orders, working with accounts to see that documentation to process the order is done and collection of outstanding monies.

Meeting the marketing team daily to follow up on existing enquiries and about new enquiries and also to suggest, assist in identify and setting up sales strategy.
