TENDER NOTICE

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established on December 14, 1950, by the United Nations General Assembly and mandated by the United Nations to lead and coordinate international action for the worldwide protection of refugees and the resolution of refugee problems. In order to support its operations, its Sub Office in Adjumani is seeking for reputable and reliable companies to submit their offers for supply, delivery, and offloading of treated construction poles and wire nails in the UNHCR Kiryadongo Reception Center.

Sealed Offers are invited from reputable and reliable suppliers/vendors/companies who are duly registered by the Government of Uganda, have Valid Tax Compliance, and have previously undertaken similar supply of goods.

Tender Description

FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A LOCAL FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED WIRE NAILS (2"; 3"; 4" & 6") FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS RENEWABLE FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR TO BE DELIVERED AT KIRYANDONGO RECEPTION CENTER DISTRIBUTION STORAGE POINT FOR UNHCR FIELD OFFICE KIRYADONGO, UGANDA.

Tender documents should be picked up free of charge from UNHCR Sub Offices Adjumani or requested through email at ugaadsupbox@unhcr.org during working hours from 08:00 Hrs to 17:30Hrs. Bid documents shall be available from 13th February 2024.

Bids should be submitted as specified in the tender document.

Late submission of bids or bids not conforming to the tender documents and conditions will not be considered.

UNHCR reserves the right to reject part or whole offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to select the lowest offer.
