The incumbent report to Asst Rep Administration in Kampala, Uganda country operation. The Records and Archives policies, standards, and guidance.

Ensure through direct action and advocacy with more senior protection staff that the necessary resources are allocated to enable community work to identify and address protection and assistance gaps;

Support staff and partners in the strengthening of a functioning Best Interests system: identification, assessment, referral, response and assistance, monitoring and documenting of cases of children at risk.

Support the implementation of digital inclusion and connectivity initiatives for refugees in Rwanda.

Conduct market and supply-side assessments, develop segmentation tools, and create an actionable plan to expand access to financial services for forcibly displaced populations (FDPs) and host communities.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the front desk and reception area, facilitating internal communication, and supporting administrative tasks under the supervision of a Senior Associate or Officer.

The Registration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting all registration-related activities, ensuring the accurate collection, recording, and management of refugee data.

The Supply Officer supports the supply activities at global, regional or country operations level. The position may be located at Headquarters (within DESS), in a Regional Bureau or in a Country Office.

The Reporting Officer establishes close contacts with all UNHCR Sections in the AOR to gather and analyse information.
