Tender Description:
The non-governmental organization (NGO) invites qualified and reputable companies and organizations to submit bids for the supply of goods, provision of services, and execution of works in support of its project activities benefiting refugee women and host communities in Uganda. The tender covers agricultural supplies and services, logistics and operational support, general works, and general supplies. Interested bidders are required to meet the stated eligibility requirements and submit their bids in accordance with the tender guidelines and deadlines.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this tender involves the provision of goods, services, and works to support the organisation's programs in Uganda targeting refugee women and host communities.
The successful bidders will be responsible for supplying agricultural inputs, delivering agricultural services, undertaking logistics and operational support, executing agricultural and general works, and supplying general goods in line with approved specifications.
Contractors will be required to adhere to quality standards, delivery timelines, contractual terms, and reporting requirements, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations and applicable laws in Uganda.
The work also includes coordination with the organisation's technical staff, proper documentation, and timely completion of all assigned activities.
