Tender Description:
The Authority invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, qualification, and training for advanced laboratory equipment under the Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 (GC7).
The procurement specifically covers an LC–MS system designed for biopharmaceutical analysis and an Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph (UPLC) under Lot 1 (Re-tendered), aimed at strengthening national laboratory testing and regulatory capacity.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall supply and deliver a fully functional LC–MS system and Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph (UPLC) in accordance with the Authority technical specifications.
The scope includes installation, commissioning, system qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), user and technical training, and provision of all required accessories, software, consumables, and documentation.
The supplier shall ensure compliance with international laboratory standards, provide warranty and after-sales support, and facilitate knowledge transfer to the Authority technical staff to enable effective operation, maintenance, and sustainability of the equipment.
