Tender Description:
The Public Sector Entity in Uganda invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of motor vehicles, specifically six (6) four-wheel drive (4WD) station wagons and two (2) pickups.
The procurement aims to strengthen the Organization’s operational capacity to support blood collection, transportation, and service delivery activities nationwide.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall supply, deliver, and commission six (6) 4WD station wagons and two (2) pickup vehicles in accordance with the Organization technical specifications and contractual requirements.
The scope includes providing brand-new vehicles, conducting pre-delivery inspection, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards, supplying all mandatory accessories and documentation, providing warranty and after-sales support, and facilitating vehicle registration and handover.
The supplier shall ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
