Tender Description:
A Government of Uganda Authority invites bids from eligible domestic suppliers for the supply and delivery of assorted office stationery and small office equipment under a 24-month framework contract.
The procurement aims to ensure timely availability of quality office consumables and equipment to support the Authority’s operational and service delivery requirements.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and, where applicable, installing assorted office stationery and small office equipment in accordance with the Authority specifications and on an as-and-when-required basis during the contract period.
The scope includes ensuring compliance with required quality standards, timely delivery to designated Authority locations, proper packaging and labeling, replacement of defective items, and provision of after-sales support for equipment supplied.
The supplier(s) shall maintain consistent stock availability, adhere to agreed delivery timelines, and comply with all contractual, regulatory, and reporting requirements throughout the framework contract duration.
