A Financial Institution in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Supply and Installation of Electrical Supplies, Plumbing Supplies, General Materials, and Minor Carpentry Works Under a Framework Arrangement
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this tender involves the supply, delivery, and installation of electrical supplies, plumbing supplies, general materials, and minor carpentry works across the Bank's upcountry branches.
The successful bidders will be responsible for providing high-quality materials and services in accordance with the Bank’s specifications, ensuring proper installation, safe workmanship, and functionality.
This includes supplying electrical and plumbing components, stationery, clothing materials, catering items, and beverages, as well as performing minor carpentry tasks required for the branches.
All works must comply with applicable safety standards, be completed within the agreed timeframe, and support the smooth operation and maintenance of the respective Bank branches.
Bidders are expected to provide services at branches nearest to their operational locations, within a 15 km radius, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
