A multiservice logistics and corporate solutions company in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Prequalification for the Supply of Goods, Services, and Works
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this prequalification exercise involves the supply, delivery, installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of goods, services, and works across the company operations.
This includes, but is not limited to, office and printed stationery, promotional items, furniture, electrical and electronic equipment, generators and power systems, ICT and networking equipment, security systems, motor vehicles and motorcycles including spares and maintenance, cleaning and fumigation services, catering and hospitality services, printing and design services, telecommunications, HR and consultancy services, insurance, branding, and event management.
Selected suppliers will be expected to provide high-quality products and services, ensure timely delivery, adhere to safety and quality standards, and support the company’s operational and logistical requirements across all relevant branches and facilities.
