The scope of work covers the provision of a wide range of supplies, services and works required by the East African Civil Aviation Academy (EACAA) to support its operational, instructional, administrative, and infrastructural needs for the financial years 2025–2028. It includes the supply of office equipment, ICT equipment, aviation-related tools and materials, furniture, uniforms, kitchen items, building materials, and other consumables; the delivery of specialized services such as equipment repair and maintenance, fumigation, consultancy, ICT support, printing, motor vehicle servicing, event management, and fire safety services; as well as execution of mechanical, electrical, civil and building works, including renovation, routine maintenance, carpentry, water works, and partitioning. Bidders are expected to demonstrate proven capacity, technical competence, financial stability, and relevant experience to provide high-quality, timely, and reliable supplies, services, or works as required by the Academy.
