Tender Description:
A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Prequalification of Suppliers for Goods and Service for the period of 2026–2028
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this Expression of Interest involves the provision of a wide range of goods and services to support the Organization’s operations and programs over the 2026–2028 period.
Selected suppliers will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and services in their respective categories, which include agricultural supplies, office and laboratory materials, medical equipment, safety and fire equipment, ICT and generator maintenance, motor vehicle and motorbike servicing, furniture and fittings, catering and event management, training toolkits, consultancy services, and other general supplies.
Suppliers must ensure timely delivery, compliance with quality and safety standards, and adherence to specifications provided by the Organization.
This engagement aims to strengthen organizational capacity, facilitate program implementation, and ensure efficient operational support across all Organization project sites and offices in Uganda.
