Tender Description:
The procurement seeks to establish a framework contract for the supply and delivery of laptops to support the Entity’s operational and administrative functions over a three-year period. The successful bidder will provide quality devices, warranties, and related support services in accordance with the technical requirements and contractual conditions.
Scope of Work:
The selected supplier shall provide laptops to the Entity under a three-year framework contract. The scope includes supply of brand-new, high-quality laptops in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents, timely delivery to the designated Entity locations, provision of manufacturer warranties, installation of required operating systems and standard software (where specified), and after-sales support. The supplier shall ensure compliance with agreed standards, security requirements, and delivery schedules, and shall replace any defective items during the warranty period in line with contractual terms.
