The selected contractor shall provide end-to-end implementation services for the Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and undertake reconstruction of the corporate website for the Company. For the ERP system, the scope includes supply, customization, installation, configuration, data migration, system integration, testing, commissioning, user training, documentation, and provision of technical support and maintenance. For the website reconstruction, the scope includes design, development, content restructuring, system configuration, hosting support (where applicable), cybersecurity enhancements, testing, deployment, and training of administrators, as well as post-implementation support. The contractor shall ensure system reliability, data security, scalability, compliance with ICT best practices, and full functionality in line with the Company’s operational requirements.
