Tender Description:
The procurement aims to enhance the company’s information security, compliance, and operational efficiency through the acquisition of advanced cybersecurity software, system integration consultancy, database software, and essential supply services. The selected contractors will deliver, install, configure, and support the required solutions to strengthen institutional systems and ensure compliance with international standards.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidders shall provide the required software, goods, and consultancy services to the Stores in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. This includes the supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, licensing, and support of Network Access Control software under a three-year framework contract; the supply and deployment of data loss prevention software; the supply of drinking water to designated company facilities; the provision of consultancy services for the integration of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2018, and ISO 9001:2015 management systems; and the supply and installation of MySQL Enterprise Edition. All deliverables must meet specified standards, ensure system security and compliance, include training where applicable, and provide technical support and maintenance in line with contractual requirements.
