Tender Description:
The project involves the construction of a new classroom complex to expand learning infrastructure at the School. The successful contractor will execute all required civil and building works to deliver a fully functional, safe, and high-quality educational facility in line with the approved plans and specifications.
Scope of Work:
The selected contractor shall undertake the construction of a New Classroom Complex (Phase 1) at the School in accordance with the approved architectural and engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents. The scope includes site preparation, foundation works, structural works, masonry, roofing, finishing, electrical and mechanical installations, plumbing, external works, and any associated civil works required for full completion and commissioning of the classroom complex. The contractor shall ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, quality assurance requirements, environmental guidelines, and project timelines, and shall provide workmanship warranties and as-built documentation upon completion.
