Tender Description:
A State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of a Queue Management System (QMS) Hardware and Software Upgrade
Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a fully integrated Queue Management System (QMS) hardware and software upgrade for the Entity.
The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all required QMS equipment, including servers, kiosks, display screens, ticket dispensers, networking components, and related accessories, along with the latest compatible software to enhance customer flow management across designated service points.
The contractor will migrate existing data where applicable, integrate the upgraded system with Entity’s current ICT infrastructure, and ensure system functionality, reliability, and security compliance.
Additionally, the bidder shall provide comprehensive user training, technical documentation, warranty support, and post-installation maintenance for the duration specified in the contract to guarantee optimal system performance.
