The selected service provider will supply suitable office space for the Authority district offices in Arua City and Mukono District under a 36-month renewable lease . The premises must have adequate office rooms, meeting areas, sanitary facilities, and reliable utilities (water, electricity, and internet connectivity). The provider will be responsible for ensuring the premises remain in good condition throughout the lease period and comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include prompt maintenance of the premises, flexibility for space adjustments if required, and facilitation of smooth handover at the end of the lease.
