Tender Description:
This tender seeks to engage a competent motor vehicle maintenance firm to provide routine servicing, repairs, and related automotive support services for the Bank’s fleet. The framework contract will ensure timely maintenance, enhanced vehicle performance, and extended asset lifespan through professional and standardized service delivery.
Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair of the Bank motor vehicles under a framework contract arrangement. The scope shall include routine preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, engine diagnostics, body repairs, supply and replacement of genuine spare parts, tyre services, wheel alignment, battery services, and emergency breakdown response. The Contractor shall ensure timely servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications, maintain detailed service records for each vehicle, and provide periodic performance and maintenance reports to the Bank. All works shall comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and agreed service level requirements to ensure optimal fleet reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
