Tender Description:
This tender seeks to engage a competent service provider to deliver managed print leasing services to the Entity for three years. The services include provision of printing equipment, maintenance support, supply of consumables, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective printing operations across the institution.
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder shall provide comprehensive print leasing services to the Entity for a period of three (3) years. The scope shall include the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of multifunctional printers and related equipment at designated Company offices. The provider shall ensure routine preventive maintenance, prompt corrective repairs, supply of all consumables (including toner and replacement parts, except paper), and continuous system monitoring to guarantee optimal performance and minimal downtime. The contractor shall also provide user training, technical support services, and periodic usage reporting. All equipment supplied shall meet agreed technical specifications and service level standards throughout the contract duration.
