Tender Description:
A State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Provision of Office Space for CENT in Kampala Business Area
Scope of Work:
The successful bidder will be required to provide suitable, secure, and accessible office space to accommodate the CENT (Customs Enforcement and Non-Intrusive Inspection Technology) operations within the Kampala Business Area.
The space should meet the Authority’s specifications in terms of location, size, structural integrity, safety standards, accessibility, and facilities required to support efficient service delivery.
The office space must be fully serviced, including but not limited to, provision of utilities, sanitary facilities, parking, and compliance with relevant building and occupational health standards.
The bidder will also be responsible for ensuring prompt maintenance and support services during the lease period as outlined in the bid document.
