Tender Description:
This tender aims to establish a pool of competent and reliable service providers to support the administrative and programmatic needs of the Foundation. The procurement process seeks to ensure quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and value for money across key functional areas of the organization. Successful bidders will contribute to strengthening the Foundation’s systems and supporting the effective implementation of its educational programs and activities.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work under this Request for Proposal involves the provision of goods and services to support the operational and programmatic activities of the Foundation. This includes vehicle hire and rental services, outside catering services, supply of office supplies and consumables, hotel accommodation and conference services, stationery and printing services, provision of visibility and branded items, and garage and vehicle maintenance services. The selected suppliers will be expected to deliver high-quality, reliable, and timely services in accordance with the Foundation’s specifications and standards, while adhering to ethical procurement practices and contractual requirements.
