The scope of work under this prequalification exercise covers the provision of goods, services, and civil works to support the operational, administrative, security, and logistical needs of the company for the period 2026–2029. This includes professional services such as printing and publishing, vehicle and motorcycle repairs and maintenance, air conditioning services, insurance services, vehicle tracking, and staff medical insurance; the supply of various goods including electronic equipment, IT accessories, vehicle spare parts, office furniture and stationery, ammunition, drinking water, tyres, PPE, fuel, K9 equipment, and related security and operational supplies; as well as civil works involving construction, renovation, repairs, painting, and other building-related infrastructure works. Selected suppliers will be required to deliver quality, timely, and compliant services and supplies in accordance with the company’s technical specifications and contractual terms.
