Tender Description:
This tender is a pre-qualification exercise aimed at identifying competent and reliable suppliers to support the operational needs of a leading international hotel in Kampala. The process seeks to establish a pool of approved vendors capable of delivering quality goods and professional services in line with international hospitality standards. Successful applicants will be considered for future procurement opportunities within the hotel’s various operational departments.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work under this Expression of Interest covers the supply of goods and provision of services to support the daily operations of the Hotel and Executive Apartments. This includes, but is not limited to, the supply of food and beverage items, kitchen consumables, housekeeping materials and guest amenities, sales and marketing materials, office and finance supplies, spa products, security services, outsourced labor, staff transport, guest transport and tour services, as well as engineering and technical maintenance services such as servicing of chillers, generators, fire alarm systems, water treatment systems, CCTV, building management systems, pest control, waste management, elevator maintenance, and other related hotel operational requirements, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and specifications.
