We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to design, develop, and optimize web applications across RTV’s digital ecosystem. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and product experts to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-centered systems that power our mission and impact.

How to Apply
Web Development
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Convert design mockups and wireframes into functional UI components.
Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility with clean, performant layouts.
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs for dynamic dashboards and data visualization.
Manage client-side state and user interactions efficiently.
Optimize front-end performance for large datasets and complex workflows.
Backend Integration & Microservices
Integrate frontend applications with backend services using Node.js and PHP Laravel.
Collaborate with backend engineers to define and consume APIs.
Work within RTV’s microservices architecture for secure and efficient service communication.
Component Libraries & Design Systems
Create and maintain reusable UI components aligned with RTV’s design system.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability of frontend code.
Support UI/UX standards and ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines.
Documentation, Testing & Quality Assurance
Write clear documentation for code, APIs, and development workflows.
Implement unit and integration tests for UI components.
Maintain high test coverage and participate in code reviews.
Follow version control best practices (Git).
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Collaborate with DevOps to monitor web app performance and debug issues.
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize load times and user flows.
Collaboration & Product Delivery
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, QA, Designers, and Product Managers.
Participate in agile development cycles: sprint planning, retrospectives, and feature ideation.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide second-level technical support for user-reported issues.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to resolve bugs and performance issues.
Support onboarding, documentation, and training material development.

Technical Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of professional web development experience.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with backend integration using Node.js or PHP Laravel.
Experience building data-rich dashboards and visualizations.
Understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable design patterns.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
Awareness of front-end security, authentication protocols, and asynchronous programming.
