About the Role
Jibu is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Water Treatment Systems Technician to support and uphold water quality standards across its franchise network. Reporting to the Senior Quality & Training Technician, this role involves providing hands-on technical support, ensuring consistent quality control, and assisting in franchise training and certification processes in collaboration with accreditation bodies.
This is a dynamic role requiring adaptability, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Provide technical support to franchisees on water treatment systems and processes
Monitor and maintain water quality standards across all Jibu franchise locations
Assist in training franchise teams on equipment operation, maintenance, and hygiene best practices
Support franchise certification and compliance efforts in coordination with regulatory/accreditation bodies
Troubleshoot water treatment equipment issues and recommend timely solutions
Collaborate with quality assurance and training teams to ensure consistent product quality
Conduct routine site visits to assess performance, offer guidance, and implement improvements
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical background in water treatment, plumbing, mechanical systems, or a related field
Hands-on experience working with water filtration systems or similar equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Good communication and training abilities
Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed
Knowledge of local water quality regulations is an added advantage
