Job Description
Ensure that all office furniture, electrical appliances, waterlines, gates, and doors are properly installed, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times, so that the workplace remains safe, functional and conducive to efficient operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all office furniture, electrical appliances, waterlines, gates, and doors are properly installed, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times, so that the workplace remains safe, functional and conducive to efficient operations.
- Overall supervision of repairs and new constructions
- Oversee and coordinate all repair works and new construction projects within the company, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Providing engineering and advisory services
- Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and solutions to support operational efficiency, facility maintenance, and infrastructure improvements across the organization.
- Follow-up on bills and payments of company utilities
- Monitor, track, and ensure timely payment of all utility bills, including electricity, water, and other services, while reconciling invoices and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Supervising the servicing of air conditioners
- Ensure all air conditioning units across company offices are regularly maintained, serviced, and functioning efficiently, creating a comfortable working environment for staff.
