Job Description
The Waitrons will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role requires professionalism, good communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently and promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns
- Work closely with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth service
- Process orders using POS systems where applicable
