Job Description
Masha Foods is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in coffee preparation techniques and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
- Engage with customers and provide excellent service
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support general café and restaurant operations when required
