- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Operate efficiently on the hot line, ensuring timely food delivery
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in managing kitchen workflow during busy periods
