Job Description
Masha Foods is expanding with the upcoming opening of its Ntinda–Kiwatule Road branch and is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth daily functioning of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and support budgeting processes
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes
- Support the launch and smooth running of the new branch
