Job Summary:
Dstrkt24 Kampala is hiring an enthusiastic Waitress to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests. The successful candidate should be personable, quick on their feet, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests courteously
Present menus and explain specials
Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of O-Level education
Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
Good communication and multitasking skills
