Job Description
As a Waitress/Waiter, you will be a key point of contact for customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, handling payments, and ensuring that dining areas are clean and welcoming. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Take accurate food and beverage orders from patrons
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns courteously
Collect and process payments accurately using POS systems
Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of the dining area
Assist in preparing or serving specialty dishes as needed
Maintain hygiene and service standards at all times

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Post-secondary diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills

Service-oriented attitude with strong coordination and time management skills
Personal attributes: Honest, patient, adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
