Job Description
As a Waiter, you will be the front-line representative of the restaurant, responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving meals, and addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally. You will be expected to collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience, while upholding hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer meal recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them in a timely and polite manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.

Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
