Job Description
The successful candidate will greet and attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner, take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, and respond promptly to guest needs. They will maintain cleanliness in the dining area, handle billing when required, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires multitasking, attentiveness, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet customers and present menus
Take and serve food and drink orders accurately
Attend to customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Keep tables clean and tidy before and after service
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Handle billing and process payments when required
Respond to customer complaints or questions professionally
Follow all hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Qualification:
Minimum of SSCE
Experience:
Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress

Must reside close to Bodija
