Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations when required.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
