Job Description
We are seeking dedicated, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team. Successful candidates will play an important role in delivering excellent service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of Fontis Residences & Hotel.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide quality service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in work areas
Assist in daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow hotel standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with other staff to exceed guest expectations

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage
