Job Description
The Vehicle Sales Executive will act as a brand ambassador, responsible for the full sales process including prospecting, presenting vehicles, finalizing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires management of the dealership’s CRM systems (NRSM, Focus Pro, and E-Master), achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining detailed product knowledge, and promoting additional products and accessories. The Executive will also ensure compliance with all dealership processes and standards, attend regular training, and continuously uphold brand reputation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets for units and gross profit.
Manage and document the complete sales process through dealership systems (NRSM, Focus Pro, E-Master).
Generate leads and follow up through internal databases and external sources.
Build and update a professional customer database.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including competitor offerings.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, handovers, and customer follow-ups.
Promote additional dealership products and lifestyle accessories.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership processes.
Attend dealership training sessions and implement new knowledge and strategies.
Consistently uphold the brand’s and dealership’s operational standards.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
2–5 years' experience in vehicle sales within a dealership environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Service-oriented with outstanding communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Flexible, adaptive, and eager to learn.
